Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for registering to view your rates notices online. Upon registration to view your rate notices online, You acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. That the person registering to view rate notices online is the registered owner of the Property as per the title deed (or an authorised agent) and be the ratepayer responsible for the payment of rates and charges for the property.
  2. That these terms and conditions are in addition to any terms and conditions imposed by Print Mail Logistics Limited (or its related entities), or any third parties, in relation to the use of email
  3. That You indemnify Council from and against all actions, claims, costs, losses, expenses and damages (including the costs of defending or settling any action or claim) resulting from or by reason of anything done or omitted to be done by You in relation to viewing your rate notices online and that these obligations survive the termination, cancellation or You unsubscribing from viewing rate notices online.
  4. These terms and conditions may change at any time and You will be notified of such variation by publishing them on the registration page to receive rate notices. You agree to be bound by and comply with any new and/or varied terms and conditions.
